The Fallacy

Using threats or bullying to make someone agree with you, instead of giving a good reason.

Why it's wrong

When you try to win an argument by saying something bad will happen to the other person if they disagree, that's not a real argument. It's just being mean. You want people to agree because it makes sense, not because they're scared.

Example

You have to give me your lunch money, or else I'll beat you up after school.
