The Fallacy

Asking a question that makes the other person look bad no matter how they answer.

Why it's wrong

It's a trick question. It sneaks a mean idea into the question, so if you answer it, it sounds like you agree with the mean idea.

Example

Have you stopped eating all my Halloween candy yet? (If you say yes, it means you WERE eating it. If you say no, it means you are STILL eating it.)
